Are you wanting to make your own wearable beaded bits and learn the foundations making of beaded jewelry? This workshop is for makers who want hands-on experience, expert tools, and all of their beady questions answered :)
This workshop will teach you the beading basics. You'll learn about materials, techniques and tools.
Location : From The Lobby (4274 Pearl Rd, Cleveland, OH 44109)
Time : 10am to noon
You’ll leave with at least 3-4 wearable pieces (more if you're fastttt!)
- elastic beaded ring
- elastic beaded bracelet
You will learn techniques like :
- bead stringing
- wire conditioning
- Threading beads and needles
- knotting and crimping techniques
- the best materials to use, as well as options to practice with
I’ll bring :
- all of my tools
- my HUGE collection of beads, gemz and charms in a range of different sizes, colors and materials
- stringing elastic, wire and jewelry findings
- light beverages (sparkling water, wine)
You bring :
- Yourself!
- some friends
- any beads you have or broken jewels you may want to use or learn how to repair
- BYOB for 21+
