After your you complete checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. Check it to make sure your address is correct and secure! OTL cannot be held responsible for packages marked as "delivered" but are lost / stolen at your address. 

When your items are ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking info. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update.

USPS can experience a myriad of random delays, especially around holidays and inclement weather. Please contact your local USPS and reference the tracking number if your tracking link does not update or seems stuck "in transit" for an excessive amount of time. Please contact us as well! Thx :)
