FAQs:

How do I care for my jewelry?

Personally, I have gotten in the habit of removing most of my jewelry each time I shower, swim or workout. I am *super* picky about keeping the colors bright and vibrant. I see that daily exposure to water and cosmetics can dull the pieces over time.

However, I know there are lots of you out there that want to wear your jewelry 24/7 - this is totally fine! If this is the case, just be sure to check parts for wear and tear every so often. If you notice any loose links, wonky clasps, etc, contact us so we can advise you on the best way to fix them.

It's recommended to store your jewelry flat or hanging, away from heavy and sharp objects. Places NOT to store your jewelry :

• at the bottom of your bag or purse (a small pocket is much better)
• in your bathroom (there's too much moisture in there)
• in direct sunlight (intense sun may fade colors)

Can I swim / shower in my jewelry?

You definitely can! But, my recommendation is to remove all jewelry when you swim or shower. Pool, ocean and tap water are all mildly abrasive. They may dull the colors and strip the metallic finishes of your jewelry over time. 

How do the bracelet clasps work?

The clasps we use are very secure and easy to open and close with one hand, although there is a bit of a learning curve. They best way to open the clasp is to securely hold the edge of the bracelet near the clasp and use your fingernail to flick the clasp open on the edge without a hinge. It does require a little muscle. Watch video of me opening my bracelet clasp here!

If you're having a lot of trouble putting your bracelets on, it may be just a bit too small. In that case, let us know and we will be happy to add an extra link or two so that you have something to hold onto while putting it on.
